Beauty of light

Beauty of light is the title of this image. It has been a headache to implement the idea of getting the milky way position and the foreground at the same time. I kept visiting the location time by time, but I ending up with a sand storm night which made it a nightmare for me because the place is 4 hours away from city and I have very limited time for photography.

Finally I succeeded at the end.

Wilderness in a moonless night

بعد انقطاع طويل عن الساحه بسبب انشغالي في الدراسة، ومن اخر رحلة لي الى الربع الخالي في طبيعة دولتي الحبيبة وبالتحديد منطقة أم الزمول التي تقع بين الحدود الإماراتية والمملكة السعودية وسلطنة عمان الشقيقة. كانت المناظر خيالية بالفعل خصوصا ً قبل الغروب بساعتين. بدأت رحلتي من دبي الى العين واخيرا الى ام الزمول قطعت مسافه اكثر ٣٠٠ كيلو تقريبا في ٣ ساعات للوصول للمنطقه طبعا، توجد بعض محال لبيع المواد الغذاية في الطريق وليس كما يزعم البعض. وبعد المشي اكثر من ساعه على الكثبان الرملية قطعت مسافة ٢٠٠ متر تقريبا وكانت درجة الحرارة حينا ٣٠ وانخفضت الى ٢٢ في الليل. ولا انصح ابداً بالمبيت في هذه الاماكن الموحشه نظراً لوجود الزواحف والحيوانات التي بدأ يومها في الليل، قمت بدمج ٣ صور بتعريضات مختلفه للظهور بهذه النتيجه وترقبوا اقوى الصور من اخر رحلاتي في طبيعه الامارات من اعلى قممها الى صحاريها خلال شتاء٢٠١٢

Back from Um Al Zumool, Empty Quarter, United Arab Emirates. Such a nice place to photograph. I blended 3 images with different exposures to come up with this results. After driving more than 300km to the targeted location, I start hiking for an hour on the dunes, then I realized I hiked for 200 meters only lol!. The temperature was 30C afternoon dropped to 22C at night. Personally, I don’t recommend to stay a night over the place because its a rich with mammals that appears at night. Moreover, am going to release incredible images soon from my recent trips in United Arab Emirates 2012 winter.
